Joleza Koka is the Executive Director of the Forum of Active Build Environment - FABER and Creative Director of 'Middle East and North Africa - Housing People Environment' Network.

She is a licensed architect and urban planner specialised in Urban Social Development and Human Resources from Polis University in Tirana, Albania.

She is passionate about improving communities and empowering youth and has actively done so at national and European levels while serving as Education Network Coordinator for the Young European Socialist, Chairperson of Young Socialists of Albania, and now in her 3rd mandate as an elected member of the City Council of Tirana.

Since 2020, she has been a lecturer at GUtech, teaching History of Urban Development. In collaboration with the WOW team, she won the Innovation Award for the project ‘Where Albania Walks’ at Tirana European Youth Capital 2022, utilizing a Co-Design methodology involving community members, experts, representatives of civil society, and public authorities.
